How to Bend Time

Bending time.

Making it work to your schedule, not it's own.

Getting more into the day, but more of what you actually enjoy, not just getting more done on your to do list.

Having time to "dial down life's urgencies and dial up its pleasures and richness. (That quote is from Michael J. Fox's new book "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Future" - great short read!)

Sounds like bliss - doesn't it?

It can be done.

The secret?

Being organized doesn't just give other people a good impression of your home, it gives you more time.

It's one of those things you don't believe it until you see it.

So, just for today - do this one thing.
my counter - every day.

Clean off one kitchen counter. Even if you have to throw everything in a box. Clean off just one and see if it doesn't make you day go smoother.

Give you more time.

Dial up life's pleasures and richness.

Let me know how it goes........

be organized.......evelyn

I used to work for a company that required all staff to clear off their desks at the end of each day. It seemed like a real pain at the time, but it taught me a lot about being organized. If you can't leave paper in piles on your desk, you have to organize it before you put it away, or you'll never be able to figure out what you should be working on or where the necessary paperwork is. The same principles apply at home!
